When we moved from the mainland we wanted a property which we could make our own but was also in a quiet location. Niton ticked all those boxes and the village is great with its pub, shops and of course the great primary school. We set about a programme of modernisation with a new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, heating and we have got it pretty much how we would like it. Being active people we enjoy the easy access we have to the countryside walks and can be on the coastal path in less than 5 minutes. The garage has been a great bonus for us and although the car hasn’t seen it very often, it makes a great drying area for our outdoor clothing. We are only looking at moving to get to West Wight where we have friends and enjoy socialising.
