I've only used the bungalow as a holiday home and it has been somewhere to come at the weekends or for short breaks. Over the last 5 years it’s been redecorated and had new carpets, new bathroom and generally been well looked after so there won’t be anything to do when you take it over. I can also negotiate a furniture package if needed. I'm sure whoever lives here will really enjoy life by the sea.
