Our bungalow was built around 15 years ago and then we converted it approximately 7 years ago. At this time we totally re-modernised the property. We went for an ultra-modern look and good quality finish. We love the open plan living area – it’s a real delight to live in. We decided to have underfloor heating throughout the building and it’s one of the best things I’ve done! It’s so lovely and warm and comfy. The high ceilings give the bungalow a real sense of space too. I have had solar panels added to the roof and these will provide an income in the future, so I will be able to provide any new buyers with the potential forecast on that. The position looking out across the fields here is lovely and we have really enjoyed living here.
