We bought here just over twenty years ago and have constantly kept upgrading the property, as and when we thought necessary.
The kitchen was installed about two years ago, and the boiler was replaced about the same time.
June of last year we had the windows replaced with "A" rated glass. The main bathroom has also been replaced recently and we created a walk-in wardrobe.
Being near the beach has been wonderful but now we feel it is time to move on.
