When looking for a detached bungalow on Hayling, a garden was very high on the list of requirements but also a quiet location.

Being in a small cul-de-sac location, street parking is tight so the fact that it had a drive and a garage was also appealing.

If you want to rest the car then amenities are within walking distance and if you need to go off the island then a bus stop is close by on Manor Road and buses are plentiful, running approximately every fifteen minutes, taking you to Havant bus and train station.
