In our opinion it has to be the location of our house that makes it as special as it is. The sea views over the roof tops never lose their charm and can be enjoyed from the lounge, dining room and terrace. There are times when you lose track of what is on the telly as you find yourself mesmerised by the view.

We are very proud of the garden and as it has the sun all day long and late in to the evening there are times when we spend more time outside than in.
