Property description
When you’re looking to buy the right home there are many factors to take into account - size of bedrooms, a reasonable sized garden, a bright and airy feel and how much work is required to get it the way you want it. Probably the single most important choice is the location.
When the current owner bought this property 4 years ago they were downsizing from a larger home and looking for a project. With their pet dog in tow the search was on.
After some searching they found this property. Attracted originally by the cul-de-sac location and the fact the property was in its original condition, they knew this was the right project for them.
The property refurbishment has now been completed so all you need to do when you move in is relax and enjoy your new home. They have rewired, replaced the heating system, the double glazing to the rear of the home, renewed the kitchen and bathroom whilst opening it up to the original separate toilet. All the guttering has been replaced, the boiler and new larger patio doors installed to make the living space even more bright and airy.
The best feature of this lovely home has to be the size of the lounge/dining areas. It is the current owner’s favourite room in the property.
Outside the gardens are level and a good size, great for entertaining and there is further potential to increase the size of the driveway to provide more off-road parking.
What the Owner says:
This has been a lovely home for us and we have been very happy here. The location is so convenient. We often go up to town to the theatre so with Ewell East station being less than a 3 minute walk away its perfect for us and commuters alike to get to London Victoria in around 40 minutes.
When we had our dog we would walk him over the open fields behind us or a short walk up to the historic Nonsuch Park.
Being in a no through road we never have to worry about the grand children when they play outside.
We often entertain and find the layout / flow of the accommodation works well with the garden for parties.
I hope the next owners are as happy here as we have been here but for us it’s time move closer to our grandchildren now.
