We have always enjoyed the times we have spent here in this house. It is in a beautiful setting which really comes into its own in the summer time. The garden is a wonderful place to sit out and enjoy the sunshine and it feels like you could be somewhere out in the countryside. The surrounding area is also lovely and you can easily make use of the motorways or the direct train line to London from Swanley or Bexley railway stations.
We understand the bungalow dates back to the 1920's and in our opinion it has a massive amount of potential should you wish to extend or, perhaps, even re-build on the plot, subject to planning of course.
