We have really enjoyed living here and will be sorry to leave. The garden is fantastic; we have created a mini orchard with a variety of different fruit trees all providing succulent offerings. Alongside this we have an established fruit and vegetable patch so if the new owners like gardening they can almost become self sufficient. The layout is very versatile and can be used in many different ways. What we use as a second reception room could easily become another bedroom or even a study. The location is truly spectacular and very peaceful yet you are within walking distance of Lingfield train station and shops. We have enjoyed our time here but feel it is time to move closer to our sons near the coast.
