Since owning this house I have enjoyed updating and refurbishing it to a better standard.

The kitchen was replaced in Christmas 2014 and it's a great size to cook and entertain in. It hasn't been uncommon for friends of ours to visit for a dinner party as there is plenty of room for a good size dining table.

One of my favourite things about the property would have to be the enclosed private garden. I really enjoy pottering around in it and have even added a relaxing water feature. Because of the school behind the garden, there is no one overlooking you and hearing childrens' laughter at playtimes is lovely!
