One of the main reasons I bought this apartment was the location. It's in a lovely part of Cransewater Park and Canoe Lake is literally at the end of the road. It is great being able to stroll down to the seafront and enjoy a relaxing walk by the water and if you like the sun, then Southsea Common is a fantastic place to spend the day in the summer.
It is also convenient here, Marmion Road, Palmerston Road and Albert Road are all just a short walk away, so whether I need some shopping or fancy going out somewhere; everything is right on my doorstep.
If you haven't tried 'The Tenth Hole' on Eastney Parade then that is certainly a must!
