I wanted to find somewhere that was large enough for me and my two girls to live in. In comparison to a lot of the houses I had viewed this apartment was so much bigger and offered me the chance to adapt the living space which many of the houses didn't.
Since moving in I have added a new boiler, installed a wood burner in the lounge (which will be a wrench to leave) and have redecorated many rooms.
I have really enjoyed living here, but now is the time to move on.
