When we were looking to buy a flat in Dorking four years ago we viewed many properties in various developments. The minute we walked into this flat we knew it was the one for us.
The size of the rooms really appealed as we were downsizing yet we still wanted a feeling of space. Also the location was ideal as it is just a short walk to town yet there are views of trees and greenery from all aspects, so you feel as though you are living in the countryside. We particularly liked the high specification finish and with just six apartments in the block it is a lovely quiet location.
