I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property to own. I purchased the apartment as it was just so well laid out compared to other properties available at the time in that price range, with a location that was so well located to great amenities and great transport links.
I bought the apartment so that my son can get a secure place in the state-owned Barrow Hedges Primary School however I have later decided to let the property out , so if you are looking for an investment it could be a very easy option for anyone looking for a buy-to-let as well as being great for any first time buyer or someone with a family.
It will be sad to see it sell but I know that I am handing over a very good property for the new owners.
