• Guarantor Reference Fee: £72.00incl. VAT; per applicant requiring a guarantor (if details not provided on application or references are returned as requiring a guarantor).
• Holding Monies: £505.00 equal to 2 weeks rent, offset against deposit once satisfactory references have been received. **
• Security Deposit: £1,515.00 equal to 6 weeks rent (less holding monies received).
• Additional Costs for pet (subject to Landlords approval): £505.00 equal to 2 weeks rent and/or professional clean at end of Tenancy.
• Changes to Tenancy Agreement: £60.00incl. VAT; including start date. Payable if changes are made once all documents have been prepared, issued and check-in arrangements have been made.

• Re-referencing at renewal/extension to remove guarantor: £72.00 incl. VAT per applicant
• One tenant leaves and a suitable replacement is agreed: New tenancy documents £96.00incl. VAT. New tenant references £108.00incl. VAT.
• Early tenancy termination / surrender: £180.00incl. VAT. NB: In addition to this fee the tenant is responsible for paying rent up and until a new tenant moves into the property.
• Failed Appointments: £72.00incl. VAT per failed visit
• Lost keys and replacement locks due to tenants’ action: £72.00incl.VAT plus contractors invoice. Per instance
