OWNER OPINION
I knew when I originally came to view that this was our home. It was the perfect size for us and actually felt like a home with our very own garden unlike many flats we had viewed. The location couldn't have been better with us working in Cheam and Sutton and for our son getting to school. It was a pleasure living here in nice quiet area and yet near for transport and shopping. We have since let the property and plan to move abroad so have decided to sell.
