We knew this was the house for us as soon as we saw it. We loved the 'cottagy' feel and that it was a bit quirky.
The double bedrooms were also a selling point as it meant we could have friends and family to stay. We invested in solar panels and have really reaped the rewards. As well as receiving free electricity during daylight hours we receive payments from the national grid for the surplus energy they have produced.
We have always felt safe and secure here. The neighbours are fabulous and look out for each other. We will really miss them and being involved in the street barbecues we have from time to time.
