We bought this property 12 years ago, it proved ideal at the time because I needed somewhere handy for local amenities and, in particular, for the station as I needed to commute to London.

We really enjoyed the handy position as it means we are never more than a few moments away from Whitstable's popular seafront and our favourite restaurant, bars and cafes.

We are really going to miss the convenience factor of living in the town centre, but as our family is growing up we now need a little more space.
