I moved into my home about 13 years ago and since being here I have made many alterations. I have fitted a new kitchen, installed a new shower room and gas central heating and all the double glazing has been replaced. I have recently decorated throughout too.

I found the position of the house within the close very good, as it overlooks the Green, which is very pretty in the summer. The location is particularly good if you need to commute, as it is so easy to jump on the motorway.

I have great neighbours and I hope the new owners will be as happy living here as I have.
