We have lived in our home for approximately 4 years and appreciate how lucky we are to live in such a lovely friendly village.

We have made many improvements to our home in the time that we have been here, to include a new porch, kitchen and bathroom.

Wateringbury primary school is great and there is a useful convenience store at the end of the road. The only reason that we are moving is that we are looking to expand the family and therefore need a third bedroom. We will miss our neighbours and we hope the new owner loves the property as much as we have done.
