The most appealing feature for me when I first found this property was the location near both Snaresbrook and Wanstead underground stations as I commute to the City and often work late.
The other attraction was being close to the village green and High Street, it is so convenient. If I run out of milk or want to pop out for a coffee, I don't have to think twice, everything is so easy living here.
I have a young child so the green with its play area is a god send and a great place to meet other mums. The High Street is thriving with great local shops, one of my favourites is the greengrocers, they always have a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. I have used Jim for years and can recommend him.
