When we moved in here we were downsizing from an enormous Victorian family home, so trying to find something that felt roomy enough was so hard. We literally walked in and fell in love by the time we got to the dining room.

The area for us is perfect, we have a little dog, so we make great use of the parks nearby. We can walk along the bridle path of the river Wandle for miles and miles and not need to cross a road.

We love the character and charm of this place, and have had ten happy years here.
