We bought the house from new: we had been looking for such a long time and had not even considered Southborough as our search had been focused around Tunbridge Wells town centre and we just couldn’t find what we wanted. When we saw this place all our worries were over.

The builders were still on site so we asked them to add a door between the garage and the downstairs room; it’s been a great addition and something that the other houses haven’t got so you can keep the washer and dryer in the garage and out of the way!
