When looking to buy, we wanted something which did not need much work doing, and this development, and house in particular, stood out. Being at the end of the terrace was a huge positive, but additionally the parking being right outside was another bonus. There is always space for a second car too if needed. The location is also perfect - around a 10 minute walk to High Brooms station then 45 minutes into London makes it a really manageable commute. It is so nice to get home and be able to enjoy the nearby parks, countryside, & woodland walks, and countryside allowing you to really switch off. This is a perfect family home - always warm during the Winter since it is so energy efficient - ideally cosy to return to after a play in the newly built playground!
