We have always liked the area around here because it is accessible to London, but with a country feel. During the summer we invite our friends up for Derby day at Epsom Downs. It’s a great day out at the races before returning home for a barbecue.
As dog lovers we are spoilt for choice here - Epsom Downs, Banstead Woods and Purley Oaks park are all just a few minutes away by car as are Sutton, Epsom and Banstead by car when we need to go shopping.
For our day to day needs we can walk to Asda, have the local shops at the end of Shelvers Way and often use the restaurants at Tattenham Corner, The Drift-bridge, Nork or one of the many pubs in Lower Kingswood.
