DIRECTIONS 
From Kivells Liskeard office proceed out of town along The Parade until reaching the roundabout. At the roundabout continue straight on signposted ‘St. Cleer’. Upon reaching the next roundabout take the left exit signposted ‘St. Cleer’. Continue along this road for approximately 2 miles and then bear left following the signs to ‘St. Cleer’. Proceed along this road for approximately a mile where upon entering the village of St. Cleer the property will be located on the left hand side.
