Upon reaching the next roundabout take the left exit signposted ‘St. Cleer’. Continue along this road for approximately 2 miles and then bear left following the signs to ‘St. Cleer’. Proceed along this road for approximately a mile where upon entering the village of St. Cleer the property will be located on the left hand side.
