We were living in Crawley and were looking to buy our first home together. We decided to look at the Southwater area as it was easy for travelling to work, had the advantage of a busy town nearby and the feel of a quiet village life. We looked at a lot of houses in the village and although this one needed quite a bit of work doing to it we could see real potential so we made an offer and had it accepted. Subsequently we have had two children and would like a bit more space. We will not hold up a sale and are prepared to go into rented.
