I was living in Horsham and already had family in southwater and wanted to move nearer to them , I had always liked the idea of a village location and Southwater seemed like the perfect place, so I focused my search there. After viewing a lot of properties, I was finding that they were either quite dark inside and the second bedroom too small.
When I came to view this property I knew straight away it was the one for me as it was so light and airy and having two double bedrooms it was perfect for me to have friends and family stay.
I have been extremely happy here for the past 8 years but its time for a change.
