After looking at numerous properties in and around Southwater I was starting to become a bit despondent as a lot of the properties I had seen were either very dark or had a very small second bedroom which was not going to work for me and my daughter. I really wanted to live in Southwater because of the schools and I got a call about a new build development. It sounded great and although I bought it off plan I knew it was going to be perfect and it really has been a lovely home.

I will be sad to leave but I am moving to be closer to family and friends.
