I have lived here for 35 years and will be sorry to leave, it has been a great house and the neighbours are lovely. I really have enjoyed it here no need for a car as I have everything in walking distance or a short bus ride away.

Over the years I have kept the house up together and have taken care of repairs as they were needed. My needs have now changed and that's the only reason I am leaving. I hope that whoever buys it will spend as many happy years here as I have.
