We have lived here for some time now, and it has been a fantastic place to be. The convenience of living so close to everything cannot be put into words.

When we feel like it, we can walk down to the beach in no time at all. Evenings never need to be dull either, as there are so many places to go out to all on our doorstep.

The only reason we are moving is because our family has grown and we need more space.
