We bought the house for a number of reasons, it ticked lots of our boxes. We loved the fact that the house had a separate dining room and lounge, how close it is to Albert Road and that you can even walk to the seafront with very little hassle.

We've put in a new kitchen since living here, as well as re-plastering a lot of the house so would like to think that the new owners will have very little to do.

The house has been a lovely home for us and if it wasn't for our need to be closer to work we would simply not be moving.
