I have lived in Percy Road for many years now and have thoroughly enjoyed residing here.

It is a lovely little house, in a great location.
Within just a short walk I can be at the shops or jump on a bus on Fawcett Road and travel a little further afield.

The only reason I am moving is because the house is too big for me, therefore maintaining the house and garden has got a bit too much so I am moving into smaller accommodation.
