We have really enjoyed living in this property as it is ideally situated, being so close to the station, South Croydon and Purley town centre. It's very quiet here, but very convenient, and with excellent neighbours and a lovely community feel, it really has been a great place to live.
After living in the property for many years we decided to relocate and since moving, the property has been a great investment and we have never had any problems letting out the property.
