At the time I viewed this house it was really down to the location. The shops are a short walk away, the house is a good size and the garden is lovely.
There is also the bonus of a garage to the rear so if you want to leave the car it will be safe in there. This really is a lovely house and I will be sorry to go but I am now looking for a bungalow, mainly for ease.
