We bought the property from new when it was first built by Crest Homes and it has been a wonderful home for us. One of the reasons we chose this plot was the secluded spot within the development – we are tucked away from view and enjoy open aspects t both the front and the rear.
The location is extremely convenient, only 5 minutes to the train station on foot and 10 minutes into the town centre for the shops. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road which is handy if you walk into town and end up buying too much to carry back!
We have nice neighbours on both sides and there is never a problem with parking as we have 2 allocated parking spaces which we know can be a bit like gold dust!
