What attracted us most to this house was the location, being so close to the town and seafront, and also the fact that parking is generally easy outside the house.
We like the fact that the lounge and dining rooms are a great size, as well as the 2 double bedrooms.
The downstairs bathroom as well as the ensuite shower room to the main bedroom mean there is never a queue for the bathroom.
We have recently redecorated & recarpeted the house meaning the next owner can move straight in and just arrange furniture.
