I bought the house around ten years ago now and I have really enjoyed my time living here.
I bought it for a few reasons, but one of the big draws for me was that it was close enough to the M27 to get anywhere you need to be in no time at all but far enough away from it that you wouldn’t know that its there.

The other reason was for the sizeable garage it has at the rear of the property.
I had a boat that I needed somewhere to store and being able to bring it all the way through the garage was ideal; so anyone with a classic car or motor bike they want locked up, it is perfect.
