When I walked into this property, I instantly knew this one was the one for me.

It felt spacious yet cosy - I loved the fact it had an upstairs bathroom but the garden was the part that sold it to me; it is so hot and sunny in the warmer months and it turned out to be the perfect place for sunbathing and BBQ's.
Both bedrooms are of a good sized so it was nice to see that I wasn't compromising on any space.
I have updated the property throughout but kept it in a neutral decor throughout to make it easier for the next buyer moving in.
I very much hope whoever now decides to buy my home takes as much enjoyment from it as I have over the years gone by.
