I have owned this property for more than 10 years, and the first thing that appealed to me was its character. It’s such a warm welcoming home, and I will be sad to leave, but I have reached the time in life where I need some more company and people around me.

This home is so convenient for town – only a short walk to the town centre yet far enough away to not be bothered by the noisy night life! I know there are some little bits and pieces for the next owner to do but I hope that whoever buys it will enjoy many years here as I have.
