When I went hunting for my first ever home I wanted something new, low maintenance and close to my work at the hospital. I chose this one literally from plan as it had the biggest garden. It has a very modern Biomass central heating system which is so cheap to run and the house heats up in minutes during the cold winter months. My bills here have been so cheap and I have saved a fortune on our energy bills, it’s almost ridiculous just how little I pay! We have really loved it here, with the park just across the road for walking the dog and town in walking distance. I have fabulous neighbours here too. If it wasn’t for us thinking about having a family now, I would never consider moving, but I am very excited about hunting for my next dream home.
