Property description
Amongst rolling hills and farmers fields sits a row of cottages and this one is nestled in the middle.
This is such a nice sized property for the price in a lovely area.
Walk into the open plan lounge diner with its high ceilings and open fire. The kitchen at the back of the house is a long galley kitchen sweeping through the conservatory into the garden at the back. There is also a handy larder/utility area for your washing machine or dryer to tuck them out of the way.
Upstairs and the bedroom arrangement is much like your turn of the century terrace with one in the middle overlooking the garden and fields and the larger at the front.
The loft space is large enough to stand in and with the right planning permission would make a great 3rd bedroom.
Outside and the courtyard style garden is paved for easy maintenance but there is still plenty of space for some colourful pots.
Located between Margate and Birchington this terraced cottage could be a great first time buy, lock up and leave or ideal for someone who wants to downsize to a semi rural location.

I bought the property 10 years ago and have had the same tenant for 8 years. The area is lovely and sitting in the garden is wonderfully peaceful.
The size of the lounge is great for entertaining guests and having the open fire in the winter is lovely and cosy.
I hope the next owner gives the property the makeover it needs and I’m sure it will look fantastic when it’s done.
