The location was the most attractive thing about this property when we were out looking for a new home. Being opposite a large green meant we were not overlooked to the front and being near to the school was the icing on the cake for us.
We have made a number changes to our home over years by adding an extension to the front and adding a loft area, which we currently use as the master bedroom.
We feel that there are not many properties around that offer this much space and we are sure that the new owners will be able to take advantage of a swift move as we are selling our home chain free.
