Property description
Picture yourself in a quiet Close in Leybourne; a short stroll will take you to Little Market Row with an everyday shop, a hairdresser’s and the rustic looking Old Rectory family pub which always has a warm welcome in store. A community centre, a doctor’s surgery and a pre-school together with St Peter and St Paul’s infant and primary school completes the local scene and makes this a wonderful, neighbourly place to live.
The only traffic you are likely to see is really just that of your neighbours and parking is easy with two allocated spaces behind the property; it’s easy to park on the road to the front too. You are not overlooked at the rear or to the front which makes it nice and private and the back garden is an inviting and secluded space to enjoy, great for a barbecue or just enjoying the warmth of the sun.
The home is of a size and condition that won’t cost you a fortune in bills and running costs which is always welcome when energy costs always seem to be on the increase.
Forget the stresses and strains of getting caught up in a chain of sales, feeling like you will never get to move and being at the mercy of whether the chain will hold together as this home is offered for sale “chain free” so you can move pretty well as quick as you like!
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
I bought my home having a good knowledge of the local area and picked it knowing it to be a great area to live and with excellent demand for letting too. It proved a good investment, letting very easily and will produce a good income for anyone trying to find a return on their money; hard to get these days from banks and building societies.
I think it would be hard to get a property more conveniently place for commuting as you can hop on the M20 at junction 4, pick up a train in West Malling or Snodland with its fast link, or take a comfortable coach ride into London.
There are lots of leisure pursuits locally including Leybourne Lakes Country Park.
