We moved here from Capel back in 2006 as we were downsizing from our large family home. We were looking for something smaller that would be easy to look after, whilst still being big enough for the two of us. So Highdown Way was perfect, being nice and modern there was minimal maintenance to worry about, and the two double bedrooms meant that both of us would be happy.
In recent years we replaced the boiler and the double glazing to the rear. The loft and cavity wall insulation has also been upgraded, keeping the property lovely and warm throughout the cold winter months, whilst also helping to keep those fuel bills down.
