I bought this house because I wanted my two children (then 11 and 7) to have their own space and a bit of garden. I couldn't find this with a flat. I also wanted to live in the country but also be able to get to work easily.
Leeds is an ideal location. It's close to the M20 motorway and Headcorn, the nearest railway station, has a great service to London. Maidstone provides pretty much all your big town needs.
