When we were looking to buy 3 years ago we looked at a number of houses, but knew that this was the one as soon as we viewed it. That initial feeling, proved to be correct and we have really enjoyed living here.

Since moving in we have made several improvements, including replacing the boiler with a far more energy efficient one, saving us money on our fuel bills. We have replaced several double glazed windows and doors, decorated and laid new flooring, making it even more attractive than it was when we bought it.
We are now looking to retire and move up North, for a quieter life style, so it is time for someone else to move in and enjoy living here as much as we have.
