When we were looking to buy 6 years ago, we viewed about 20 houses but this one stood out from the crowd as we loved the size, location and the fact that it was in a very good condition, so we could just move in without having to do any work. Unfortunately, that wasn’t actually the case! In fact, that over the years we have installed a new boiler, double glazing, bathroom and kitchen, replaced the guttering, added a new consumer unit, redecorated, and replaced floor coverings. So, it is now after all that time, effort and money the lovely modernised home that we thought it was when we originally bought it. It is now time for us to move on so someone else can benefit from all our work and enjoy living here as much as we have.
