When we were looking to buy, we were looking at lots of houses but knew as soon as we viewed this one it was the one for us. There were so many positives. It was much bigger than others we had viewed and in much better conditions. We also loved the layout with a separate upstairs bathroom.

In our time here we have made some improvements including replacing some windows, decorating, renewing the consumer unit and adding a new hob and oven.

We have loved living here, it is a very quiet and convenient place to live but we are now looking to move on, to get closer to family. So it is now time for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
