We first viewed the house in 2007 and loved it. It was such good value for money and so central to the shops and mainline station. Over the years we have made many improvements, making it a lovely home.

In recent years we needed to move to another area to be closer to work and decided to let it out and it has proved to be a good investment.

The time is now right for us to sell and move on and let someone else enjoy the property just as much as we have.
